This includes making sure your experience is convenient and secure from drop off “next to the red chair” to pickup and final payment. Shipping racquets from out of state for customization and stringing is a common practice for CCS clients. Transactions are secured through Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, and Square. Cash and check payments are also gladly accepted. CCS is a veteran-owned, limited liability company in good standing in the state of Maryland.
Applying pro-tour stringing techniques, cutting edge technologies, and proven brands to deliver professional service at a competitive price. The stringing methods I apply to all racquets have been refined through countless hours of stringing on the ATP and WTA pro tours. CCS invests in modern, cutting edge stringing and customization technologies that have been proven under the most strenuous and exacting conditions. While pricing is always a factor in a client’s decision making, CCS will never carry discount or off-brand strings and accessories in an effort to underprice competitors.
Teaching others (and having empathy). Whether on the pro tour, the college circuit, or in the local community, CCS embraces its obligation to share knowledge with players, coaches, and fellow stringers in a way that is accessible, constructive, and respectful. Emergency and last minute requests are a part of life. I will lean forward to fulfill such requests, and never upcharge clients for them.
